Step 2 – Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the initial response, please escalate your complaint to our appointed complaints contact:

We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and aim to respond fully within 15 working days.

Step 3 – Independent Redress

If you remain dissatisfied after our final response, you may refer your complaint to our redress scheme (we are required by law to be a member of an approved scheme). We are registered with the Property Redress Scheme.

This does not affect your legal rights.
